As the trees felled the wood was removed from the site, this required close management, guiding loaders on and off live lanes. Having a large crew and vehicles on a confined site next to speeding traffic gave rise to some serious safety issues and these were addressed by CHM’s Safety Officer and controlled by our on site manager.
The stumps were individually treated thus ensuring that this work will not to be repeated. The site was also cleared of litter thereby achieving added value.
