A new mark for a business in motion

Why we rebranded, what our new identity means and what it signals about where CHM is going.

In February 2025, erisbeg acquired a majority stake in CHM. That was the moment the business formally shifted gear from a well-established operator to a platform built for something larger. Our rebrand is the story of the decisions we took between then and now, distilled into a single logo and a tagline clear enough for every employee and every customer to understand who we are and where we are heading.

Changing from the inside out

With that acquisition came investment – in people, in equipment, in systems, and in innovation. The old identity had served the business well, but it belonged to a different chapter. It didn’t carry the ambition, the energy, or the sense of purpose that CHM now stands for.

Since Erisbeg’s investment, we have set a new culture in the business, one that shapes how we work together and how we work with our customers. The rebrand is the outward expression of that.

Innovation is a part of our offering.

What our logo means

The new CHM logo is a symbol in motion – a bold, forward-driving mark with energy and direction.

CHM exists to keep infrastructure moving safely. Whether that is a lane closure on the M50, a complex scheme serving a major construction programme, or a rural road in Connacht – the common thread is always the same: the people working in and around those sites go home safely, and the project stays on schedule.

Our tagline, Keeping your projects moving,is a description of what our people do every single day, on every site, in all conditions, across every county in Ireland.

What we are building now, the standards we hold, and the backing we have is reflected in our new logo. I’m proud of the journey we’ve made and I’m genuinely excited about the next phase. Bryan Hosier, Managing Director at CHM.

What hasn’t changed

Quite a lot, as it turns out.

The detail of our planning, the training our operatives hold, the expectation we place on ourselves that every scheme we design, every lane we close, and every barrier we install is done correctly, because someone’s life may depend on it. Those things didn’t need a rebrand, they were already there.

What the new identity does is make that clarity visible. CHM has always taken infrastructure safety seriously. Now everything around us, our name, our mark, our tagline, clearly says the same thing.
